The Kasturi Walk is an open-air flea market that stands just at the side of the Central Market. Its entrance is noticeable for having a giant wau bulan, or also known as the Malay kite. Here, people can find foods, cheap goods to buy, and also souvenirs to those who want to take home some.

Facing the man-made lake, Masjid Putra, or commonly known as Putra Mosque, is a famous landmark in Putrajaya. It is known for its pink dome, and is one of the most modern mosques in the world. It was constructed in 1997, completed in two years, and can accommodate 15,000 worshippers at a time.
